DIY Consulting Hub

Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

Last updated: October 6, 2026

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. If you have questions, please contact us.

Olivier GIRAUDO Consulting LLC, doing business as DIY Consulting Hub (“DIY Consulting Hub,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides the DIY Consulting Hub website, client portal and related services (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Service. By using the Service, submitting an Initial Diagnosis, making a purchase or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service includes:

  • a free Initial Diagnosis of your business;
  • the paid $148 Deep Dive Action Plan for a chosen business area;
  • downloadable worksheets;
  • sessions with our consultants, including paid Live Discussions; and
  • a client portal where you can view your reports, roadmap and messages.

Plans and reports are generated with the help of AI from the answers you provide. Their quality depends on the accuracy and completeness of your answers.

2. Not Legal, Tax or Financial Advice

DIY Consulting Hub is a business consulting firm, not a law firm, accounting firm or licensed financial adviser. Nothing provided through the Service is legal, tax, financial or other licensed professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before acting on any recommendation involving those matters.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your client portal password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account or a report link. Team Member accounts require administrator approval and are also governed by our internal handbook.

4. Payments

Prices are shown before you buy. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details. Where offered, a single Deep Dive Action Plan or the all-11 Deep Dive Action Plans bundle can also be paid with ITEX trade dollars at 1:1. ITEX is not available for remaining-areas offers, Live Discussions, or manual phone and in-person calls; those calls use Stripe only.

5. Refunds

The $148 Deep Dive Action Plan is delivered after an automated quality review. If that review finds the plan is not a good fit for your business, you will be offered a choice: a full refund, or to proceed with the plan. Once you accept the plan, or once the plan passes the review and is delivered to you, the purchase is final.

Worksheets are digital products delivered instantly and remain final and non-refundable.

Refund requests and questions about a charge can be sent to admin@giraudoconsulting.com.

6. Live Discussions and Consultant Sessions

Live Discussions and other consultant sessions are booked for a specific date and time and are confirmed once any required payment has been completed. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please contact us as early as possible at admin@giraudoconsulting.com; we will try to offer another time. Refunds for consultant sessions are handled case by case; contact support.

7. Acceptable Use

Use the Service only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to access other clients’ information, disrupt the Service, or resell or redistribute our content.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its strategy library, question sets, worksheets, templates and software, belongs to DIY Consulting Hub. Plans and worksheets delivered to you are licensed for use within your own business only.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular business result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIY Consulting Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service that gave rise to the claim.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (listed in our Privacy Policy), whose availability and terms we do not control.

12. Termination

We may suspend or end access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, conducted remotely by video conference. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Each party bears its own attorney fees and costs. Where you have also signed a Consulting Services Agreement with us, its dispute-resolution section governs disputes under that agreement.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date; continued use of the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
